Alliance Française de Nairobi has organised a book fest to promote Kenyan literature and content creation. The book fest will focus on self-published books, authors, and booksellers/distributors of self-published books.
We are honoured and privileged to participate in the NYRobi Book Fest. Come join us at our stand for more about our services, interact with our authors, book signing, children’s /young adults’ storytelling sessions, book café, spoken word, music concerts, and much more.
Alliance Française de Nairobi has been on the forefront of promoting new writing from Kenya through the monthly Mbogi ya Mawriters sessions hosted by the renowned writer and media personality, John Sibi-Okumu. The monthly sessions are recorded and available on the Alliance Française de Nairobi’s YouTube channel.
Through the NYRobi Book Fest, the Alliance Française de Nairobi provides a platform to celebrate reading culture and writing in Kenya, encourage sharing of trends and ideas, connect publishers, distributors, authors, illustrators, artists, and readers.
