Omeja Daniel Richard is a Ugandan illustrator with a passion for all forms of illustration. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Fine Arts from Makerere University, where he studied from 2008 to 2013. With a strong foundation in the arts, Omeja brings creativity and skill to his work, making a mark in the world of illustration.
